Can you handle multi-day conferences?
Yes. We provide daily shuttle runs for the full duration of your conference — arrivals on day one through to departure transfers on the final day. Multi-day bookings are quoted as a package.
Do you supply a standby vehicle for large events?
A standby vehicle can be arranged on request for larger conferences. Contact us when requesting your quote and we will factor this into your logistics plan.
How far in advance should I book conference transport?
For large conferences (50+ delegates) we recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance. For smaller event groups, 5-7 business days is usually sufficient. December and Q1 conference periods book out quickly.
Can you coordinate delegate transport from multiple hotels?
Yes. We plan multi-point pickup routes from guest hotels to your conference venue. This is standard for Sandton Convention Centre and Gallagher Estate events where delegates stay across several properties.
Is a driver always included?
Always. Every vehicle booked through MiniBus Hire includes a professional, experienced driver. There is no self-drive option on any of our vehicles.
Do you cover OR Tambo airport arrivals and departures?
Yes. We offer meet-and-greet arrivals transfers from OR Tambo that can be integrated with your conference shuttle programme. Return departures are also bookable.
What is your vehicle capacity range?
Our conference fleet runs from 7-seater minibuses for executive groups up to 21-seater minibuses for larger delegate runs. For groups exceeding 21 passengers we coordinate multiple vehicles under one booking.
Do you provide transport to venues outside Gauteng?
Our primary operating area is Gauteng. Long-distance transfers to Sun City, the Magaliesberg or other regional conference destinations can be quoted on request.
