AAD2026 has two distinct phases. We run transport across both, so it's worth knowing which one applies to you.
AAD trade exhibition
Exhibitors, delegations and industry professionals only. This is where most of our bookings sit — daily shuttle runs between your hotel and AFB Waterkloof, timed around gate access and exhibition hours.
Waterkloof Airshow
Once the trade exhibition wraps, AAD opens up for two days of flying displays. If your team is staying on, or bringing clients through, we run the same shuttle and transfer service — built to dodge show-day congestion.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)
- Can you handle group bookings for a full exhibitor team? - Yes — this is our core focus for AAD2026. Tell us your team size and we'll scale the vehicle accordingly, from a sedan to a full minibus.
- Is Vialink an official AAD Expo transport partner? - No. Vialink is an independent, Johannesburg-based transport provider serving exhibitors and visitors attending Africa Aerospace and Defence. We are not affiliated with the AAD Expo organisers.
- What's the difference between the trade exhibition and the airshow? - Both are part of AAD2026, on different days. The trade exhibition (16–18 September) is for exhibitors and professionals only. The Waterkloof Airshow (19–20 September) is the public flying-display leg that follows it. We run transport across both.
- Do you offer transport for the whole event, or single trips? - Both — single airport transfers, or full daily shuttle packages covering some or all of the five days.
- How far in advance should we book? - As early as possible. Show-week transport in Centurion books up fast — we recommend confirming at least 2–3 weeks before the event.
